You grow as a Protiviti Leader, a dedicated steward of our business, community, and culture.Are you inspired to lead, learn, grow and make a difference?You've come to the right place!Where We Need You:We are seeking an Americas Delivery Center (ADC) Human Resources Senior Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati.What You Can Expect:Embracing Protiviti's vision of "Bringing Confidence to a Dynamic World," our Americas Delivery Center (ADC) provides cost-effective, tech-enabled, and standardized services at scale, to drive efficiency into our service delivery processes in support of our global clients.As the Human Resources Senior Specialist for the ADC, you will be responsible for delivering on key talent priorities with emphasis on performance management, integration of new hires, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will effectively build and manage relationships across the Americas Delivery Center to ensure successful employee development, promotion, and retention. You will align yourself as a day-to-day business partner reporting to a Human Resources Leader and you will support the ADC Site leader.Developing TalentYou will work closely with senior leaders to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the ADC. Focus on supply of and demand for talent in the organization.You will align business objectives with employees and management.You will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. You will own employee engagement/nurturing for employees in their designated teams.You will continually stay abreast of the strengths and development needs of our ADC professionals and make informed recommendations for their development.You will manage performance issues, investigations, employee relations concerns, and project issues and escalate as appropriate.You will actively engage in the performance management and compensation processes, including reading/analyzing employee engagement evaluations, logging ratings, assistance with performance assessment meetings and ensuring mid-year/annual reviews are completed in a timely manner for all ADC employees.You will collaborate with Talent Management to strategically assign professionals to Delivery Center work and other roles (internal initiatives, training and faculty, community relations/social responsibility, recruiting, etc.)You will partner with the broader Talent Management group on how to create successful project/office environments (succession planning, rotations, etc.)HR SupportYou will investigate and resolve payroll and benefits issues.You will manage employee recognition programs and processes.You will oversee local new hire integration and follow-up on new employees to ensurea smooth assimilation into Protiviti.You will conduct employee exit interviews and document areas for improvement, as well as manage attrition reporting.You will assist with employee actions including new hires, transfers, leaves of absence and terminations.You will be a culture champion within the ADC by helping to establish employee network groups, ADC Townhalls, ADC traditions, office events, holiday gatherings, and community service/engagement events.You will assist with ad-hoc ADC leadership requests.You will support the ADC leadership with HR related reporting requests.You will collaborate with the ADC and operations leadership to establish ADC procedures and practices.What Will Help You Be Successful:Ability to function operationally while assisting with strategic projects and initiatives.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.Identify, resolve, and elevate operational and human resources issues appropriately.Interact with all levels of personnel and work well under pressure.Professionalism to work with confidential information.Ability to multi-task and bring multiple projects to completion and within budgeted timeframeStrong Communication skills and the ability to negotiate with management appropriately and professionally.
